Even after the man stole my friend’s identity, he has still continued to call. This has now turned into a felony case and I hope these guys get found. Just wanted to let others out there know about this scam and to be careful.

In addition to that, my friend went to her bank and closed her account, opened a new one, and she thought that was the end of the ordeal, but there is more to it. “John Baker” somehow got access to her personal information and activated her online banking feature on her new account and even made two automatic payment transactions, which the bank detected and stopped immediately.

Thanks for posting this video, first of all, and educating others about these types of scam.s I wanted to let everyone know about one of my friend’s personal experiences with this kind of scam. A scammer, who went by the name John Baker, began calling her three weeks ago saying he was from Publisher’s Clearing House and that she had won a jackpot and how in order to receive the jackpot, she had to withdraw $500.00 and send it to an address in Alabama, which I later found out was fake.

I literally just got a phone call from one of these scammers. Saying I won 350,000 and a new Mercedes. Then dude wanted me to wire 1000$ for tax purposes. I messed with him for about 10 minutes n then told him I already knew of the scam n his pitch sucked. I’m a salesman myself n this dude couldn’t sell candy to a fat kid. If they’re all like that, I don’t c how ppl fall for it

PCH clearly states, over and over, they NEVER call people even those who are about to Win, and they never ask for money! So do your homework on this, for they are NOT about scams, at all. It’s a huge organization and they have millions of people, who enter, Only one can win, certain prizes. I feel saddened, that somebody would ever call them a Scam Company.!!

That’s no true because I saw a hispanic won on the PCH website in the “winners” section. There’s a hispanic man that won $1.25 just by playing the PCH lotto!

because you can take it to the bank to deposit that money in your bank account, and you can call the PCH Prize patrol to ask them if the check that u received is real.

Wow… Why is everyone saying PCH is a scam when this video clearly says it was someone pretending to be from PCH, and called PCH to confirm his employment there and he wasn’t an employee! And besides doesnt anyone know you have one and a billion chance of winning? It says the odds on their website and alsp says BUYING doesn’t increase your chance of winning. America, read!

add this number to ur scam artist list…876-584-5583 he claimed his name was david foster..he gave me all these confirmation numbers. His strong jamaican accent is what gave hime away so i just hanged up the phone.Im struggling enough with paying bills and surviving, and to get a phone call with false hope is a kick in the face.I feel bad for the elderly people that give in to these bastards plans.I really hope they find these people and put a end to this..
